Registration & Activation

What is Software Activation?

Software Activation is a technical measure that helps protect Everyone's Legal Forms against unauthorized copying and installation. Activation is mandatory before all features and functionalities of the software may be used and enjoyed.

Activation is required only the first time you install Everyone's Legal Forms in your computer. We implement a strictly "one-license per computer" policy, which means that if you would like to install and activate the program in another computer, you will be required to get a new license, that is, to pay the Software Activation Fee and you will be given a new CD Key for that computer.

If I already have the previous version, do I need to activate again?

For existing users of the Classic Edition of Everyone's Legal Forms, there is no need to Activate again as long as you install it in the same computer. Simply download the Professional Edition and install it in the same directory as your first copy of the program or the Classic Edition. The Profession Edition will attempt to automatically detect your existing license and activation data. However, if it cannot detect your existing license and activation data, then you will be required to activate again with the process explained below, but you will not be required to pay a new Activation Fee as long as it will be in the same computer.

What happens to my previous version when I install the Professional Edition?

Installing the Professional Edition will not affect your existing copy of Everyone's Legal Forms. It will still run in your computer and it will also display the new forms or documents that you add to the My Forms Collection of the Professional Edition.

It is recommended that you do not uninstall your previous version or the Classic Edition, especially if you are opening Government Forms. Support for Government Forms in Adobe Portable Document Format (.PDF) has been discontinued in the Professional Edition because of the bugs and errors that the Adobe Reader Plug-in have been causing.

Activation Process

After you have accepted the Software License Agreement, the program will display a screen that says that your copy is "Unregistered". This means that your copy of the Software has not yet been registered and activated in your computer.

If you are the Original Purchaser of the Installation CD, select the 1st Option, i.e., to Register and Request for an Activation Code. If you are Not the Original Purchaser of the Installation CD, you may still choose the 1st Option but before you will be given an Activation Code, you must first pay the Activation Fee at the current rate published at www.attyralph.com.

Click "Proceed" and you will then be brought to the Registration Screen. Fill up the form with the required data (your First Name, Last Name, City, E-Mail Address and your CD-Key), as shown below:

The CD Key

Each original installation CD of Everyone's Legal Forms comes with a unique CD Key that is printed on the label of the installation CD. Each CD Key may be used to register only once and the program may be installed in a single computer unit only. Installation in another computer unit will require a separate registration and payment of a separate Software Activation Fee.

After you Click "Ok" the following Screen will appear:

The program will then require you to follow the following steps to request for an Activation Code from the Programmer:

  • The program will require you to text your CD Key, Lock Code, your Name and City to Atty. Ralph A. Sarmiento. The "Lock Code" is generated by your computer automatically and is unique in every computer.

     

  • Send the text message (SMS) to Atty. Ralph Sarmiento at the following Cellphone No. +63 920 9041974. Alternatively, you may also try calling Atty. Ralph in the following landline phone nos. +63 (34) 433-4492 (PLDT) or +63 (34) 709-0167 (Globe).

     

  • If you do not receive a reply or you cannot contact Atty. Ralph Sarmiento through any of the above numbers, then e-mail attyralph@gmail.com.

     

  • After your CD Key is confirmed valid, you will receive a reply with the "Activation Code" which will unlock the full features of the program. On busy days, the reply may take longer! Preferably, request for an Activation Code during office hours on office days only. Please be patient!
