Registration Procedure:

After downloading the program's setup, install in your computer & you may immediately use the program. Initially, however, only my Political Law Bar Notebook will be available. To view my notebooks in the other Bar subjects, you must register the program & request for an Unlock Code by following the Registration Procedure appearing in the Set-up Screen of the Program or by completing the Registration Form below.

After the Registration Form is processed and is found to be complete and valid, you will receive your Unlock Code by SMS or by Email. When you receive your Unlock Code, run the Program again and Enter the Unlock Code.

Registration is FREE and all your data will be held confidential!  However, Atty. Ralph reserves the right NOT TO GIVE an Unlock Code and/or to stop giving out Unlock Codes without prior notice or need to give any reason or cause therefor.

We welcome your donations! Due to the massive requests for Unlock Codes that we receive daily, texting back Unlock Codes has become costly on our cellphone loads and replying online time consuming. By making a donation of any amount, you will help keep this program FREE, available online, and sustain its growth and improvements.
